I initially contacted the Tanya Eklund group because I loved the empowerment of an all women team! After my initial contact, I began working with Megan McFadden. I was unsure if I wanted to list my house and Megan helped me weigh my options and decide when the time was right to put my home up for sale. Throughout the experience I felt that my needs and wants were Megan's priority. Selling a home is a very personal and sometimes difficult and stressful decision. She used her expertise to give me solid, sound advice and I will definitely be working with her again!

In the fall of 2022, we enlisted the Tanya Eklund Group to sell our house and then to find us a new home. From the minute we decided to proceed, Tanya and her team were on top of every detail (staging, photography, marketing, etc.) to have our house listed within a few days. And then it sold only 13 days later! We were thrilled. Negotiations with the buyers went smoothly because Tanya was so attentive to our wishes.The next step was to find a new home. We weren’t in any rush since we had a lengthy close on our old house. We happened upon our new house while poking around at some open houses. Since Tanya was on vacation, a member of her team, Coby Gaudette, represented us when we decided to put in an offer. There was some back and forth negotiations with the sellers, and Coby was consistently professional and communicative throughout.A few months later, we find ourselves settling in to our beautiful new home.
