For example, when completion of documents or paperwork related to our offer were sent to us by Matthew, he always followed up with us to see if we had questions or needed clarification. When we had questions in virtual circumstances, Matthew either responded quickly, which was impressive.A critical note to mention for those who haven’t met Matthew yet: His Real Estate training is predominantly from legal perspective, which is a great bonus as he makes sure every critical component of the deal is in writing and effectively communicated from end to end. This came in handy when the unit we moved into hadn’t been deep cleaned. The main reason we ended up having our unit thoroughly cleaned was because Matthew made sure a deep clean was clearly written in our contract as a contingency due to potential COVID-19 concerns.All-in-all, Matthew puts you first, and is the definition of an agent that will go above and beyond to find you the best place possible, which we greatly appreciate.
